Psycho-ed Library

Education and knowledge are essential aspects of any process of mending and recovery. Knowing is growing, therefore an essential part of mending-together is learning-together.

Offered here are handouts and education packets covering topics related to trauma, processing, therapeutic modalities, and more! We are committed to continue adding to the library over time (and welcome any and all submissions from other clinicians and providers), but hopefully there is information here that is helpful in beginning the long (and often confusing) journey of mending.
